How long does my order take to ship?

Products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the order is shipped.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to offer international shipping.

What is your return/refund policy? 

If there is any issue with the order or you are not satisfied with your product, contact us through the Contact page on the website and please include your order details so we can get back to you about a return or refund.

High temperatures during shipping

During transit the product may pass through temperatures high enough to melt the product. If this is the case, place the product in a cooler, dry location for several hours to reverse its conditions. Tallow is solid at room temperature.
